Job Description
Main missions of the team leader:
The team leader focuses his activity on four major areas:
Operational management and performance monitoring:
He acts as a delegated operational pilot on behalf of the Carrefour manager, ensuring the direct supervision of the activities of the MER team.
He is responsible for monitoring and reporting performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency, quality and punctuality of migrations.
Project coordination and planning:
It is the privileged and regular point of contact for the project managers of the strategic programmes (ORION, LYRA, ARIANE).
He ensures the proper synchronization between the needs of the projects and the capabilities of the MER team, by proactively adapting the schedule of operations.
Team management and skills development:
He or she manages the skills of consultants, identifying training needs and ensuring that expertise is in line with project requirements.
He accompanies the SDM in the process of qualifying new profiles to strengthen the team.
Risk and Bottleneck Management:
He or she is responsible for identifying, analysing and reporting in a structured manner the sticking points, technical or organisational difficulties and potential risks on projects.
This role is therefore central, acting as a real hinge between project strategy and operational execution, thus guaranteeing the alignment and efficiency of network deployments for Carrefour.
Qualifications
Profile sought:
Education: Bac+5 diploma in engineering school or equivalent training
Experience: Minimum 7 years in network deployment environments, including at least 4 years in coordination or management of field teams.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, allocate resources, manage multiple fronts in parallel.
Natural leadership, sense of pedagogy and transmission.
Excellent mastery of project issues (costs, deadlines, quality, management).
Comfortable with planning, ticketing, and management tools (Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in French, both written and oral.
Strength of proposal, rigor, proactivity and result orientation.
Constraints and working environment
Workload divided between operational coordination and participation in project committees.
Daily interactions with technical and non-technical interlocutors (project, customer, production).
