Team Leader - Low-Code/No-Code .NET Platform

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform & Solution Ownership:

Serve as the primary technical expert on the low-code/no-code .NET platform.

Design and architect solutions for business applications (Asset Management, ITSM, Order Management, Change Management).

Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Maintain full awareness of the database structure, business logic, and integrations.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of low-code/no-code developers.

Define best practices, coding standards, and governance for platform development.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.

3. Development & Customization:

Oversee customization and configuration of the platform to meet business needs.

Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (APIs, databases, third-party tools).

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform.

4. Deployment & Release Management:

Manage end-to-end deployment processes (development testing production).

Coordinate with DevOps/IT teams for CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Ensure smooth releases with minimal downtime
