Roles & Responsibilities

Verify and review daily data entries from field teams.
Submit daily reports to the Unit Head with site visit status, number of entities visited, and data issues
Prepare and share weekly progress summaries with TAQA covering bug fixes, enhancements, and data consistency
Maintain a reporting dashboard and track KPIs for data quality
Plan and assign daily site visits and monitor team attendance
Conduct field visits to designated entities as per schedule
Collect data using mobile/web FOGWatch application
Ensure all mandatory data points are captured clearly and correctly
Avoid duplication or misclassification during entry
Ensure adherence to approved schedules and targets
Conduct daily briefings and follow-ups with field staff
Monitor field performance and escalate delays or gaps to management
Coordinate with TAQA, Envirol, and platform developers to resolve technical and data issues
Liaise with entities and GTCCs for access, data collection, and awareness support
Track communications and issue logs
Identify and classify issues encountered by the data collection team
Report and escalate technical bugs to software developers with necessary evidence
Maintain a resolution log and follow up on open issues
Provide feedback on recurring problems for system enhancement
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for GTCCs, entities, and new field team members
Deliver live demonstrations of the FOGWatch system
Update training content based on latest system enhancements and feedback
Ensure all field staff are aware of SOPs, safety, and ID requirements
Cross-verify collected data for consistency and validity
Coordinate re-visits or re-verification where needed
Implement checks to avoid duplication and misclassification
Maintain error tracking logs and action records
Ensure all field team members attend HSE training by TAQA
Monitor adherence to safety and dress code standards on site
Ensure all staff carry company ID cards
Report any incidents, violations, or risks during site activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Supervision & Data Collection
Minimum Highschool
Any Arab
Preferably Team Leader 1 Year
Age limit - 20 to 40
Languages - Arabic & English Mandatory & Hindi added advantage
