Purpose and overall relevance to the organization:
Contributes to achieving or exceeding in-store sales and KPI targets through:
• Building a strong connection with customers and achieving the company's brand values.
• Serving and selling to customers and conscientiously executing store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Being aware of store and individual goals and actively working to meet or exceed these targets using all available resources in the store.
• Meeting and passing customer purchases and boosting sales and the brand experience by utilizing appropriate elements of the adidas customer service model.
• Building a strong connection with each customer as an enthusiastic and passionate brand ambassador.
• Proactively seeking out and integrating basic and seasonal product knowledge into their service approach within assigned store areas.
• Maintain an attractive and easy-to-use environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe and convenient shopping and working environment.
•Ensure the product offerings in the store are made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
• Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
• Reduce shrinkage with point-of-sale awareness while serving customers.
