Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE PROFILE
- Contribute to the Talent Performance team's continuous improvement by supporting projects, conducting research, and analyzing programs. Provide critical feedback to enhance processes, solve challenges, and optimize performance practices.
- Proactively highlight issues, obstacles and opportunities regarding TM processes and structurally present them to the Management team.
- Support in providing TM communications and content management
- Play the role of the project coordinator / planner for the assigned projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.
- Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
- Result oriented and Proactive in achieving results with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and an ability to work towards tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with other HR systems such as Talent Management systems (Success Factors preferred).
- Prior experience with talent assessment and succession planning is preferred
- Demonstrated customer orientation and detail-orientation, commitment to flawless execution.
- Superior customer service skills using efficient processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
