Job brief
This isn t your typical HR role. As a Talent Growth Specialist, you'll bring our learning and engagement strategies to life. You ll design experiences that empower our people, drive performance, and make Nawah a place where talent thrives. You ll be hands-on in rolling out meaningful learning programs, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and keeping our talent pipeline flowing with future-ready candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps through Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and performance data.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to deliver impactful training.
- Collect training feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep accurate training records and ensure all mandatory programs are tracked and compliant.
Employee Engagement:
- Execute creative engagement plans and report on impact.
- Organize recognition, wellness, and team-building initiatives that boost morale.
- Manage internal communication channels (newsletters, bulletin boards, calendars).
- Track participation and gather insights to refine our culture-building efforts.
Talent Pool Development:
- Build strong junior-level talent pipelines before roles even open.
- Own job postings and candidate flows through our ATS.
- Schedule interviews and evaluations seamlessly with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate, searchable candidate records for future hiring needs.
AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools to analyze employee engagement data and predict trends in satisfaction and retention.
- Use AI-driven insights to identify training needs and personalize learning journeys.
- Apply AI in talent acquisition to screen resumes, assess skills, and improve candidate matching.
- Automate routine HR reporting and dashboards using AI-powered analytics.
- Stay updated on emerging AI solutions in HR to continuously enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in talent development or HR roles.
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Confident communicator written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Passion for employer branding and building standout employee experiences
Nice to have:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR tech tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools (for talent acquisition, L&D, or engagement analytics).
AI-related certification in HR or business applications.
