Description of Duties:
  • Maintain complete files for all associate
  • Updates employer paytrax and records according to information listed and under the guidance of the Talent & Culture Director (enters data for new hires, change of status etc.)
  • Work on GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa platform.
  • Onboarding process for new joiner.
  • Arrange events and activities
  • Arrange annual leave and flight booking
  • Arrange medical insurance processes
  • Manage and complete any task related to T&C Department
