Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants (mid-level and senior).
- Allocate roles, set priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Coach consultants on sourcing strategies, client management, and hiring best practices.
Recruitment Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries.
- Drive sourcing strategies, market mapping, and pipeline building.
- Ensure strong screening quality, structured interviews, and smooth candidate journeys.
Client Management
- Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Attend client calls with consultants when needed to ensure quality and alignment.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges before they impact delivery.
Performance & Process
- Monitor KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Improve workflows, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools, processes, and analytics dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment agencies, or RPO environments.
- Experience leading recruitment teams.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms and creative sourcing channels.
- Ability to coach, influence, and guide a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles at once while maintaining quality and speed.
- Data-driven mindset to track KPIs and optimize team performance.
