Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants (mid-level and senior).
  • Allocate roles, set priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coach consultants on sourcing strategies, client management, and hiring best practices.

Recruitment Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries.
  • Drive sourcing strategies, market mapping, and pipeline building.
  • Ensure strong screening quality, structured interviews, and smooth candidate journeys.

Client Management

  • Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Attend client calls with consultants when needed to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges before they impact delivery.

Performance & Process

  • Monitor KPIs: time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools, processes, and analytics dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment agencies, or RPO environments.
  • Experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms and creative sourcing channels.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and guide a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles at once while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Data-driven mindset to track KPIs and optimize team performance.
