Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate interviews.
- Manage our relationship with universities and job fair enrollment.
- Assist in employer branding strategy.
- Supports HR communication projects and employee engagement events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven experience in relevant human resources positions, preferably in a recruiting agency.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools: LinkedIn talent solutions, social media, etc.
- A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and productive manner.
- Self-motivated and able to learn fast & grow.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
