Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting activities involving job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate interviews.
  • Manage our relationship with universities and job fair enrollment.
  • Assist in employer branding strategy.
  • Supports HR communication projects and employee engagement events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in relevant human resources positions, preferably in a recruiting agency.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools: LinkedIn talent solutions, social media, etc.
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and productive manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn fast & grow.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
