Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related topics within the assigned organizational scope.
- Participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates according to client standards, qualifications, and project needs.
- Post job openings and manage candidate pools using online recruitment platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience, with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Oil & Gas recruitment experience is required.
- Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense.
- Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and managing customer expectations.
- Experience hiring BIM resources is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible, motivated team player with a client-minded, goal-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Solid experience using CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Must be immediately available to join.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelors degree required.
