Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with recruitment-specific software and application tracking systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
