Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and bringing the best talent into our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from attracting top-performing individuals to ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your innovative and strategic approach will help build a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates, while your commitment to sourcing diverse talent will support our goal of fostering an inclusive workplace. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll work to understand workforce needs, strategize hiring processes, and build relationships with potential candidates. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and practices.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Design engaging job descriptions and postings to attract maximum applications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by coordinating interview logistics.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate the hiring process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Facilitate and improve the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge of competitive landscape.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and have strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
