Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles.
  • Posting job ads on approved platforms and tracking candidate pipelines.
  • Conducting CV screening, initial phone interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Supporting the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment requisition forms.
  • Managing onboarding activities, including documentation, systems access, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and weekly reporting
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent while reflecting the company’s brand and culture.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments, utilizing behavioral and situational techniques to gauge fit and potential.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Handle recruitment administration, including applicant tracking system management and compliance with labor laws.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive recruitment process to ensure a broad range of candidates are considered.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, ensuring a solid educational foundation.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and ethical hiring practices, ensuring compliance and fairness in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media recruiting and digital sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
