Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports to: HR Manager

Job Purpose

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and shortlisting based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection requirements.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms to build employer brand.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices (for UAE-based roles).
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
