Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports to: HR Manager
Job Purpose
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial phone screens and shortlisting based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data protection requirements.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms to build employer brand.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices (for UAE-based roles).
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
