Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for the group, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address future talent requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the group as an employer of choice.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks (KPIs, targets, scorecards, and appraisal systems).
- Guide department heads and managers in setting clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Track performance outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and capability across the group.
- Oversee performance calibration sessions and support succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with the CHRO to align performance with compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.
HR Generalist Contribution:
- Provide input into broader HR strategies including organizational development, capability building, and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across entities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HR function.
Desired Candidate Profile
MUST have experience in setting and managing KPIs and performance based targets
8 years minimum in Talent Acquisition
Bachelors degree minimum qualification
Experience in hiring for corporate/business support function roles.
