Talent Acquisition & Performance Manager Client of Aventus Global Talent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for the group, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address future talent requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the group as an employer of choice.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Performance Management:

• Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks (KPIs, targets, scorecards, and appraisal systems).
• Guide department heads and managers in setting clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Track performance outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and capability across the group.
• Oversee performance calibration sessions and support succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with the CHRO to align performance with compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.

HR Generalist Contribution:

• Provide input into broader HR strategies including organizational development, capability building, and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across entities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HR function.
