Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Ability to work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, prepare job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.

Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, and communicate schedules to interview panels and candidates.
