Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key strategic role in leading recruitment efforts across all divisions at Four Seasons Red Sea. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring that we attract the best candidates who embody the Four Seasons culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions across the property.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and build proactive hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, partnerships, and market research.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to position Four Seasons Red Sea as the employer of choice.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects the values of Four Seasons.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in luxury hospitality or a multinational organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
