Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessments, and offers.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and universities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or Business; Masters preferred.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
- Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance, and compensation structures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
