Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Execution:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Promote a positive employer brand through professional and engaging interactions.
Sourcing & Outreach:
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University Graduate
- 4:8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
- Good command of using online recruitment web sites.
- Good command of labor law and social insurance law
- Good command of English, MS Office, Power BI, AI, and Odoo ERP
- Recruitment, screening, testing, and interviewing Skills
- Awareness of other HR functions and HR Diploma preferred
