Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments, ensuring they meet both technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and understand industry trends, ensuring a targeted recruitment approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner to understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the role and attract top talent.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to find passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a recruitment agency
  • Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to cater to diverse candidates.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solver who can adapt recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, demonstrating a passion for people and a commitment to finding the right talent.
