Roles & Responsibilities


  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions, from posting job descriptions to extending offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing interview schedules, candidate resumes, and necessary logistical support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open requisitions and candidate pipeline.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment effectiveness.

This a contractual role for 6 months.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in conducting candidate screening processes, including effective Interviewing and assessment capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Prior experience with Hiring strategies and workforce planning is essential.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
