Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Should have basic knowledge of MEP construction projects.

Prepare TAB Projects report.

Perform Site Pre-TAB checklists.

Should be expert in performing Testing, Adjusting & balancing to HVAC air systems having AHUS/FCUS/PACU/FANS

Should be expert in performing Testing, Adjusting & balancing to HVAC hydronic systems having Chiller/Pumps/AHUS/FCUS.

Should Prepare the site Summary related to Air and hydronic systems.

Should have enough experience to troubleshoot the HVAC system during Testing &balancing.

Should have good knowledge to read HVAC drawings.

Should have basic knowledge of NEBB/AABC procedures & standards.

Should be able to work independently at site.

Should have ability to read and understand sequence of operation (SOO) for AL associated systems of HVAC.

Requirements:

Education: High school / diploma.

Should have Mini 5 years experience.

Expert in software s like MS office word, Excel. etc.

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Candidates having NEBB/AABC CT will be given preference.

Candidates within KSA will be given preference.
