Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilise various sourcing methods to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring demands.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
- Experience in talent acquisition within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
