The Role

We are looking for a Systems Data
Analyst for our Operations team, who will be responsible for leveraging data
analytics across various operational systems to identify opportunities for reduction
of alerts/exceptions, process optimization, automation, and productivity
enhancement. This role is critical to building a smart operations framework,
enabling efficiency, reducing manual interventions, and improving service
delivery.

What You ll Do:

• Analyze
  data from multiple operational systems, including:
  
• Financial
  Crime Compliance (FCC) systems (transaction monitoring, name screening,
  CDD, and fraud detection).
  
• Reconciliation
  systems (both financial and transactional).
  
• Call
  center and customer support systems.
  
• Operations
  transactional and reporting platforms.
  
• Identify
  system-level process gaps and inefficiencies; propose actionable solutions
  and automation opportunities.
  
• Develop
  and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor operational
  performance and efficiency metrics.
  
• Partner
  with Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement data-driven
  process enhancements.
  
• Drive
  initiatives to reduce alert and exception volumes through rule tuning and
  parameter optimization (particularly in FCC and reconciliation systems).
  
• Evaluate
  and recommend tools and technologies to enhance automation and analytics
  capabilities.
  
• Support
  digital transformation initiatives within the Operations function,
  ensuring data-backed decision-making.
  
• Conduct
  root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and design process
  improvements.
  
• Provide
  management insights and presentations on operational performance, trends,
  and efficiency gains.
