Roles & Responsibilities

System Support Engineer
Job Location: UAE

Experience: 3+ Years


Job Description:
•Expert in end user management and support
• Experience in administering Active Directory environment using Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers.
Good Understanding and knowledge in Windows Active Directory services
Basic knowledge of email flow and server and client connectivity
Exchange/Office365 mailbox user management and client configuration and troubleshooting
•Must have knowledge about Hypervisor like VMware/Hyper-V
Basic knowledge about at least one Enterprise SAN Storage, Connectivity and Protocols
• Must have experience in at least one Enterprise backup solution
Good knowledge about at least one Enterprise Antivirus solution. Excellent written and oral communication in English language.
Daily work on incidents, service requests
Reliability, Ability to work under pressure and ability to precise in communication are must. Experience in ticket documentation SLA reporting. Should have good problem-solving skills.
Good time management and troubleshooting skills.
