JOB SUMMARY
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a System Assurance Manager to join our team. The System Assurance Manager will play a vital role in supporting Rail Safety, HSE, Quality, and Risk Managers by developing and maintaining the management systems for system assurance and risk management. This includes overseeing the RKH System Assurance Plan and ensuring its effective implementation across all operations. The role is responsible for managing the Operating Safety Case, maintaining and improving the Hazard Log, and ensuring timely responses to Safety Notices through active engagement with stakeholders. The System Assurance Manager will also lead assurance programmes, support third-party audits, and drive continual improvement by addressing audit findings and promoting best practices across RKH and its contractors.
