Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Design workflows, use cases, wireframes, and system models to document processes and interfaces.
Support in designing intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to enhance system usability.
Monitor system performance to ensure stability, availability, and security.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed solutions.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend system or UI/UX enhancements.
Prepare reports, user manuals, and training documentation.
