Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard the integrity of IT systems and data.
• Conduct regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve issues proactively.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and ensure effective data recovery processes.
• Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them utilize IT resources effectively.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and initiatives to improve IT services and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of server management, network configuration, and systems administration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or related certifications are a plus.
