Swimming Pool Life Guard EFS Facilities Services

· Patrol and monitor the swimming pool area, stairwells, toilet facilities, and other public and unsupervised areas to ensure guest and resident safety and well-being

· Control access to restricted areas according to property guidelines and standing instructions

· Identify and address potential accident hazards

· Handle lost & found reporting and procedures

· Remain vigilant to prevent incidents and accidents

· Enforce pool rules consistently

· Address disciplinary situations with courtesy and fairness

· Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, following established management procedures

· Administer first aid and CPR as needed

· Foster positive public relations with a professional, courteous, and tactful demeanor

· Follow established substitution procedures as required

· Complete and maintain appropriate reports

· Monitor pH and chlorine levels if necessary

· Keep emergency contact numbers for local authorities readily available

· Know when and how to engage local authorities
