Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and oversee the construction of residential and commercial swimming pools
  • Interpret and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, clients, suppliers, and project managers
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement
  • Inspect construction quality and ensure proper installation of plumbing, filtration, electrical, and waterproofing systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress and completion reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in swimming pool construction or related civil works
  • Strong knowledge of pool structures, hydraulic systems, filtration, and finishing materials
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and local building regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
