The Female Swimming Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting swimming training sessions for individuals and groups. She will motivate and develop swimmers of various skill levels, ensuring safety, proper technique, and a positive learning environment. The role requires a passion for swimming, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to inspire confidence in students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs tailored to swimmers skill levels and goals.
Conduct regular swimming classes, including warm-up, drills, and cool-down routines.
Monitor and evaluate swimmers progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety rules and guidelines.
Maintain and inspect swimming equipment and facilities.
Motivate and encourage swimmers to achieve their personal best.
Keep records of attendance, progress, and performance.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Collaborate with other coaches and management for event planning and competitions.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor.
Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR.
Knowledge of swimming techniques, training methods, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Passion for fitness, health, and swimming.
Female candidates preferred (if specified).
