Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our Infrastructure team is expanding in Qatar due to a strong pipeline of projects. We are seeking an experienced strong>Surface Drainage Engineer/ Hydraulic Modeller/strong> to join our integrated, multi-disciplinary team, delivering projects across infrastructure, buildings, transport, and more.
Minimum Qualification and Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Relevant postgraduate study or certification in water resources or hydrology preferred.
- Experience between 5 to 10 years of experience in SGW drainage planning or design.
- Should have working knowledge of shallow aquifer interaction, SGW catchment management, and drainage systems integration.
- Proficient in 1D/2D hydrologic/hydraulic modelling of surface and shallow groundwater drainage networks using InfoWorks ICM.
- Should be familiar with urban flooding analysis, flow diversion, and performance assessment of SGW systems.
- Ability to work with Civil 3D and GIS platforms to support the development of design drawings is preferred.
