Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Support ARC operations to meet critical Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) and organizational goals.
  • Signal Monitoring: Monitor and manage alarm signals from advanced fire and life safety detection systems using ARC technologies.
  • Incident Response: Assess alarm signals to determine their nature and coordinate appropriate responses with emergency services.
  • Communication: Maintain real-time communication with emergency responders, property owners, and stakeholders during incidents.
  • Workflow Management: Manage operational workflows effectively for 24/7 monitoring services.
  • Reporting: Develop detailed incident reports for documentation and future analysis.

Strategic & Improvement Functions

  • Process Enhancement: Provide inputs for enhancing the efficiency of alarm monitoring and emergency response systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze alarm data trends to improve system efficiency and reduce false alarms.
  • Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ARC operations using AI-powered analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Best Practices: Help implement best practices for ARC operations to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Strategic Input: Provide strategic inputs on improving ARC processes in line with organizational goals.

Compliance & Technology

  • Industry Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards for alarm handling and response protocols.
  • Cybersecurity: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols within ARC systems to protect sensitive data.
  • Technology Awareness: Keep abreast of relevant emerging technologies (e.g., IoT devices, edge computing solutions, and converged security systems).

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High school or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Call Center experience.

Advantageous Skills

  • Proficiency in alarm verification, assessment, and response coordination.
  • Strong analytical thinking for evaluating alarm data trends and optimizing system performance.
