Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Main objective of the Supply Chain Manager :
-Supply Chain Management.
-Whole Sales.
-Supply Chain Strategic Planning & Development.
-Online Selling.
Strategic planning:
- Make Product Analysis for each product
- Analyze turn over for inventory.
- Analyze what to buy and what not to buy.
- Quantity of each store
- Provide the product development team with ideas for any new product line development.
- Provide the VM team with display area dedicated to each product line.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Budgeting:
- Prepare annual budget
- Create a detailed annual budget that can achieve the agreed on corporate objectives within each activity.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Communicate results to top management in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business.
- Big picture budget in comparison with previous years sales
- Budgeting detailed time of payment & purchase plan that shows the expected distribution of the total budget
- Approval of budget by CFO
Open New Market :
- Provide insight on physical space and locations of new potential business spaces

Warehouse:
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Preparation, development and supervision of - an efficient system of warehouse operations management in the stores the scope of his supervision
- Financial and analytical capabilities to plan budgets, monitor inventory, assess data, and create reports
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Supplier development and Research:
- Seeks new suppliers & production opportunities
- Consistently visits supplier fairs.
- Meets new suppliers, receives samples and shows them to Art Director.
- Return samples to suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers on new inventory and opportunities.
- Seek new wrapping ideas/suppliers
- Reports for all research and samples
Supplier Data Organization:
- Hard & soft copy filing system for all suppliers according to Cow s filing system s specs.
- Update supplier directory yearly.
- Update supplier files with new product lines and catalogues.
Competitor and market Research:
- Visits & reports for competitors.
- Reporting competitors according to the specs
In-stores Inventory Management:
- Tools (In-store follow up on missing or needed tools)
- Regular follow up & purchase needed tools (wrapping-display)
- Regular follow up on wrapping material
- Follow up on old inventory and manage it according to the system
- Briefing & training on new inventory and new products and the story behind it
- Analyze the sales of products and decide what to reorder
- Set a policy for the wrapping stock and receiving forms of new stock to be able to keep track on the frequency of purchasing.
- Create a manual for the in-store inventory management (when to reorder and when not to).
Purchase Management:
Planning:
- Yearly Purchase Goals
- Monthly Purchase Goals and Budgeting
- Informing accounting 3 weeks prior ordering with the needed amount
- Purchasing plan to be sent on a monthly basis, 3 months before the season (put the plan in the Retail Life Cycle calendar).
Production/ Purchasing:
- Supplier visits
- Workshop and factory visits
- Documentation of actual order in detail per item
- Purchase order: PO#-details of reserved orders-deposits paid & amount to be paid &total amount- by supplier
Pricing/ Coding:
- When pricing use the cost setting method (putting all expenses of the production and delivery of product)
- Follow that the Warehouse Manager sends the inventory price list to code the inventory /or applies the coding system to the inventory.
- Follow that the Warehouse Manager sends back the unwanted items to the supplier.
- Follow that the Confirmation of the order by the Warehouse Manager then send it to the accountant to align the payment with the order.
- Follow that the Warehouse Manager will apply stickers & Cow tags & removes supplier tags & packages inventories according to the requests.
Hiring, Training and Development:
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Conduct quarter evaluations for each team member
- Follow up on attendance or each team member
- Develop department s Job descriptions if needed with HR
- Train staff on all manuals
- Suggest and propose development opportunities for team and self
Online Selling :
- Follow with the Visual team that takes the accurate photos
- Upload all the photos on the websites with descriptions
- Follow all the orders done through the website
- Follow with shipping company
Follow with customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields
Experience: 8+ years experience
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point) and design skills
Language: Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
Other Skills High visual skills and understanding of social media platforms and high PR skills.
