Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Supply Manager, your objective will be to ensure the proper functioning of the supply process by guaranteeing the purchase of all aeronautical products and services necessary for production, taking into consideration the criteria of cost, time and quality.
In this context, you will be amenable to:
- Manage the procurement process from the moment the need is triggered until purchase orders are sent to suppliers, optimizing costs, deadlines and the quality of products, materials and services purchased;
- Managing teams with a view to collaborative work and implementing the necessary means to promote their professional development;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the supply policy in line with the company's overall strategy;
- Identify and implement approaches to contractualizing recurring purchases;
- Supervise the evaluation process and monitor supplier performance, ensuring the handling of disputes;
- Ensure the control and validation of supplier invoices;
- To monitor contracts and ensure compliance with contractual commitments;
- Develop and improve the operational procedures for supply management;
- Implement periodic reviews with internal clients aimed at monitoring activity and realignment with expected objectives;
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering or business school with an industrial engineering/logistics/purchasing option, with more than 8 years of experience in Supply chain management and at least 5 years as a Supply Manager within an industrial structure, preferably in the aeronautical or automotive sector.
