Ensure and manage the performance of the site's supply flows

Managing the Site's Supplier Flow Pilots: distribution of activities, evaluation, development
of third-party skills.

To drive the Supply Chain professions towards continuous improvement:

• Capitalizing on and sharing best practices in procurement
• To follow the directives of the Supply Chain Management.

To do this, he must:

Operationally monitor site supplies:

• To intervene operationally in support of Supplier Flow Pilots in
  critical situations (late DA, requests for adjustments, supplier delays, etc.).
• Ensure that the supplier monitoring system is adapted to its level of performance and criticality (for example, a Supplier Flow Pilot is positioned, an adapted system
  integrating the relevant sectors of the Company is in place, follow-up meetings, evaluations,
  performance monitoring/reviews).
• Ensure the quality of information transmitted to suppliers by the Supplier Flow Pilots in their team.
• Ensure that the backfilling system to the internal sectors of the CE (GP,
  Planners, ) is operational according to the periodic rituals defined with them.
• Maintain the site's supply flow performance dashboard

In case of a crisis:

• Investigate and identify the onset of a supply crisis (whatever the cause)
• Activate "crisis management" mode according to the defined Purchasing and Quality escalation process
• Create, in conjunction with Purchasing and Quality, a core team that will support the supplier throughout the crisis and identify its leader. In the case of a supplier monitored by the SPM function, crisis management is coordinated by SPM.
• Participating in the resolution of the crisis

Managing your team:

• Set goals
• Ensure that the indicators for monitoring objectives are operational and that there are action plans in place to achieve them.
• Supervise all Supplier Flow Pilots on the site:
• He is responsible for maintaining daily/weekly rituals with his team.
• He carries out and monitors the EDP+ of the staff assigned to him.

Ensuring continuity of function in the absence of a Supplier Flow Pilot, in particular by developing versatility between the PFFs
