Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with deep expertise in warehouse and logistics operations to support our ERP transformation journey from Oracle to SAP. This role is instrumental in managing the end-to-end transition of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Order Fulfillment processes.
- The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and business users to understand the As-Is processes, facilitate To-Be design workshops, influence decision-making, and guide the implementation and rollout across our business units.
- Conduct As-Is business process assessments for warehouse operations, logistics, procurement, inventory, and order management.
- Lead and participate in workshops with cross-functional teams to define To-Be processes aligned with SAP best practices.
- Participate in key design, validation, and decision-making sessions to ensure process alignment with strategic business goals, current operations and efficiency operations.
- Work with the SI and Group in collecting, filling and populating forms, templates and data required during the design and implementation throughout the project period.
- Support configuration validation, testing (UAT), cutover planning, and rollout execution for supply chain functions.
- Provide change impact assessments with the support of the SI and OG, contribute to training, and support knowledge transfer for smooth adoption.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable, SAP-integrated solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, with a strong focus on warehouse and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proven track record in ERP transformation or migration projects, especially from Oracle to SAP.
- Ability to lead workshops, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence process decisions.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to capture and translate complex business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience working in a hybrid business-IT role, ideally in Telecom, distribution, or logistics-heavy industries.
- SAP certifications in related modules.
- Exposure to change management and user adoption strategies in ERP rollouts.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or similar implementation frameworks.
