• Day by day overall perfomance animation for Parts Transport & Packaging on a worldwide scale
• Lead Global KPI data collection and consolidation
• Check regional source files and consolidate in Global KPI application (with the goal to automatize)
• Perform data availability and consistency checks
• Develop and maintain reports, tables and vizuals for Global KPI reporting
• Plant data analysis with the goal to identify deviations quickly and propose deep dive to IBT Performance Animation
• Identify quick wins with regional teams and lead their implementation on execution with 'one pager' reporting
• Lead Global KPI animation including gap analysis and define action plan by reviewing and analyzing plant, regional and global KPI results
• Perform internal IBT Cost Benches to identify opportunities

Profil

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics and data analysis.

• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a strong asset.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools:

  • Excel (advanced)

  • Power BI

  • Access, SQL, and VBA...

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Proactive and detail-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Languages:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory
