Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily dining operations in staff accommodation to consistently deliver high-quality meals and service experiences to team members. • Identify and proactively address the dining preferences and expectations of staff residents, offering thoughtful recommendations and solutions. • Respond promptly to staff feedback and concerns, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards and enhances satisfaction. • Maintain open, respectful, and multicultural communication with staff, management, and contractors to support a harmonious work environment. • Foster positive relationships among dining team members, encouraging collaboration, mutual respect, and team spirit. • Ensure strict adherence to Wynn policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct within the dining facility. • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to align the team on service goals, updates, and operational priorities. • Supervise staff appearance and behavior, ensuring alignment with Wynn’s grooming and etiquette standards. • Observe service delivery and correct deviations through hands-on coaching and mentoring. • Organize and support training sessions and refresher courses in collaboration with the F&B Trainer to maintain service excellence. • Champion a safe, inclusive, and appreciative environment where dining team members feel respected, empowered, and engaged.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality settings. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a plus for effective staff interaction. • Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards. • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and resolving concerns with professionalism. • Understanding of dining service procedures, buffet and à la carte setups, and staff meal planning. • Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools. • Ability to monitor grooming, etiquette, and service standards with precision. • Experience in conducting on-the-job training and coordinating with trainers for staff development. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
