Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise offshore PVV construction, fabrication, installation and testing activities
Manage piping, valves, vessels installation and tie-ins in compliance with HSE and NOC
standards
Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, API 510, API 570, API 6D, NORSOK and other
international standards
Oversee welding, flange management, hydrotesting, leak testing, and piping supports
installation
Review AFC drawings, work packs, lifting plans, permits, and project documentation
Create/manage PTW in ECOW, conduct toolbox meetings, site surveys, risk assessments,
and constructability reviews
Plan and organize manpower, equipment, tools, consumables, materials for PVV works
Monitor daily progress, provide updates, escalate blockers to Offshore Construction
Supervisor
Ensure quality control, inspections, punch list clearance, and pre-commissioning package
zeadiness
Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, commissioning team, and other disciplines
Optimize resources to match workload and ensure cost-conscious execution
Support as-built documentation, close-out reports, and lessons learned reviews
Ensure installation as per AFC drawings, specifications, WPQ, and quality standards
Liaise with base operations for logistics, lifting, material transfers, and third-party
vendors
Maintain records of timesheets, POB, crew changes, and equipment calibration
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant technical and industry experience in Oil & Gas operations
Trade qualification / International certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Piping
or related field
Minimum 10 years’ offshore experience in PVV (Piping, Valves & Vessels) construction and
project management
Advanced knowledge of Campaign/Shutdown Management techniques (Oil & Gas /
Petrochemical / Refining / Production)
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and offshore piping & vessel design codes
Ability to interpret and review P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, vessel drawings, offshore
piping layouts
Proficiency in welding, flange management, hydrotesting, leak testing, tie-ins, hot
tapping, cold cutting, brownfield modifications
Awareness/basic use of Primavera P6, MS Project
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, EDMS, Document Management Systems
Offshore safety certifications: BOSIET, T-BOSIET, H2S
Certification: Electrical Habilitation Level 1
Fluent English (listening, writing, speaking – technical vocabulary)
Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills in a multi-cultural
environment
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Medically and physically fit for offshore work and rotational schedules
Strong safety and quality mindset, problem-solving ability
Willingness to work extended hours during shutdowns and critical phases
