Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • management operation orders and split it for drivers
  • arrange main trance work and diesel cost
  • Organizing daily trips and preparing their forms
  • Creating regular monthly maintenance schedules for trucks
  • Monitoring drivers, their actual working hours, and their rest periods
  • Oversee and optimize the transportation of heavy-duty loads, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and permit requirements for Hevey trucks.
  • Coordinate and schedule special load movements, including route planning, escort arrangements, and communication with relevant authorities.
  • Manage a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor truck performance, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption to minimize downtime and control operational costs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the secure transport of oversized or heavy cargo.
  • Analyze transportation data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national regulations, including permits, licenses, and environmental standards for Hevey truck operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on heavy haul or specialized transportation.
  • Has proven experience managing Hevey trucks and oversized or heavy loads.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of transportation regulations, permits, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in route planning software, GPS tracking systems, and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Must be fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
