Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure cohesion within the group and be responsible for improving customer requirements and needs.
Be under the direct authority of the technical manager.
Be the primary person responsible for all staff assigned to their region and/or site.
Organize and provide direction to site personnel to ensure that tasks are carried out in accordance with operations plans and protocols required by our clients and the DG.
Ensure employee training in manual, mechanical and HSE cleaning actions.
Ensure general discipline in accordance with the company's internal regulations.
Establish a visit schedule with our clients.
Establish monthly reporting (personnel, equipment and products) for the different sites.
Identify, anticipate and resolve problems encountered daily.
Establish the annual leave schedule, monitor the departure and return of staff on leave in collaboration with HR.
Track all sick leave, work accidents and maternity leave and declare them on time.
Participate in the recruitment of cleaning staff.
Participate in meetings organized by clients.
Check and validate the monthly payroll reporting.
