Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness activities in all assigned areas.

2. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues through coordination with technical teams.

3. Conduct routine inspections to assess conditions and report findings.

4. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service-level agreements.

5. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within facilities.

6. Manage inventory and requests for tools, supplies, and maintenance materials.

7. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

8. Report incidents, hazards, and equipment failures promptly.

9. Support emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.

10. Provide daily briefings and support to on-ground facility teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

6 years to relevant experience with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
