Roles & Responsibilities

A leading steel pipe manufacturing company in Dubai is looking to hire a Supervisor – E&E Maintenance with 10+ years of relevant experience in the repair and maintenance of tube mills.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of tube mill equipment and associated systems.
  • Hands-on experience in PLC software programming (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, drives, motors, sensors, and instrumentation.
  • Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to lead a small team of technicians, ensure adherence to safety standards, and minimize downtime.
  • Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
