Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting project status, including daily logs, inspection reports, and resolution of any non-conformances or issues identified.
• Verify materials, methods, and workmanship meet specified requirements, collaborating with contractors and project managers to efficiently resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor construction sites for adherence to safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress and addressing any potential delays or issues, while ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and codes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil inspection or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
