Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and executing the erection, installation, and commissioning of 110kV substations, including all related civil, structural, and electromechanical works. Ensures compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the erection of substation components including transformers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, isolators, circuit breakers, control panels, etc.
- Review drawings and ensure accurate implementation as per design and client specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and protection teams on interface activities.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and lifting equipment.
- Participate in testing and commissioning of electrical systems in coordination with QA/QC and client representatives.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site inspections, and documentation.
