Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project from planning through commissioning and commercial operation.
  • Control project time, cost, and cash flows to meet contractual and financial targets.
  • Manage project contracts, packages, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders.
  • Oversee quality assurance, HSE performance, and risk management.
  • Provide regular progress, financial, and risk reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
  • More than 15 years of experience in HV substations projects.
  • Proven track record in EPC of HV substations and OHTL projects.
  • PMP, PRMG, RMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, cost control, and contract management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HV substations and OHTL engineering, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera (preferred).
  • Excellent command of the English language.
