• Evaluate and select qualified subcontractors in alignment with project specifications.

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in subcontract management within the oil & gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract negotiations, contract law, and procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a high-pressure environment.
