Job Description

A Style Advisor plays a crucial role in the fashion and retail industry by providing expert advice and personalized styling services to clients, ensuring that their wardrobe aligns with their personal style, preferences, and the latest fashion trends. Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized fashion advice to clients tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that enhance their personal style.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and product ranges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct wardrobe evaluations for clients to identify needs and opportunities for style enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customers inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with retail staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
  • Organize and lead fashion-related events or workshops to increase customer engagement.
  • Track client preferences and purchases to offer personalized recommendations for future visits.
  • Keep an aesthetically pleasing and organized sales floor which reflects current fashion trends.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client reactions and product requests for inventory planning.
  • Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in fashion or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail, styling, or a customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain personal client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling client wardrobes.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
