Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct student interviews and assess applicants' qualifications, ensuring alignment with institutional admission standards and program requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the institution at educational fairs, high school visits, and other outreach events, delivering engaging presentations and answering student inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the application process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber students, focusing on specific academic programs and geographical regions.
  • Stay informed about competitor institutions, industry trends, and changes in the higher education landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate campus visits and open house events, providing prospective students with a positive and informative experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage recruitment processes and analyze data.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and potentially other languages.
  • Exhibits cultural sensitivity and awareness, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
